摘要
目的探讨中医护理结合综合护理在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用效果。方法选择2021年3月—2022年3月医院收治的86例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组采取常规护理,试验组采取中医护理结合综合护理,包括日常护理、情志调节、平衡膳食、中医特色护理等。观察两组VAS评分、直腿抬高角度,SAS、SDS评分,压疮、下肢静脉血栓等并发症发生率,躯体、角色、情感、社会功能等生活质量评分。结果试验组VAS评分(1.19±0.54)相比对照组VAS评分(3.40±0.79)明显更低,直腿抬高角度(66.14±4.87)相比对照组(61.72±4.89)明显更高,SAS(39.33±5.19)、SDS(40.40±5.67)评分均明显低于对照组SAS(45.88±5.51)、SDS(48.88±5.32)评分,并发症总发生率2.33%明显低于对照组18.60%,躯体功能(66.40±6.20)、角色功能(79.53±6.95)、情感功能(82.07±8.30)、社会功能(79.37±7.98)等各项生活质量评分均显著高于对照组躯体功能(54.07±6.45)、角色功能(65.65±5.99)、情感功能(76.77±7.25)、社会功能(74.67±7.25)评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腰椎间盘突出症患者实施中医护理结合综合护理,有利于降低疼痛感,恢复身体健康,缓解焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,改善心理状态,减少并发症发生,提高生活质量,护理效果较好。
Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with comprehensive nursing in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 86 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in Zhengzhou Orthopaedic Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received TCM nursing combined with comprehensive nursing,including daily nursing,emotion regulation,balanced diet,TCM characteristic nursing,etc.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,straight leg elevation angle,self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores,the incidence of complications such as pressure ulcer and lower limb venous thrombosis,and the scores of quality of life such as body,role,emotion and social function were observed in the two groups.Results The VAS score of the experimental group[(1.19±0.54)points]was significantly lower than that of the control group[(3.40±0.79)points],and the straight leg elevation angle[(66.14±4.87)°]was significantly higher than that of the control group[(61.72±4.89)°].The scores of SAS[(39.33±5.19)points]and SDS[(40.40±5.67)points]were significantly lower than those of the control group[SAS(45.88±5.51)points and SDS(48.88±5.32)points].The incidence of complications such as pressure ulcer and lower limb venous thrombosis was 2.33%,lower than that(18.60%)of the control group.The scores of physical function[(66.40±6.20)points],role function[(79.53±6.95)points],emotional function[(82.07±8.30)points],social function[(79.37±7.98)points]and other quality of life in the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group[physical function(54.07±6.45)points,role function(65.65±5.99)points,emotional function(76.77±7.25)points and social function(74.67±7.25)points].The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with comprehensive nursing for patients with lumbar disc herniation is conducive to reducing pain,restoring physical health,alleviating negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,improving psychological status,reducing complications and improving quality of life.The nursing effect is good.
