摘要
在新冠疫情影响下,新疆霍尔果斯口岸中哈边境合作中心面临着人口流通稀少、经贸投资萧条、商品货物积压、旅游产业受阻等困境。通过实地调查,根据新冠疫情背景下的实际情况,对中哈边境合作中心提出加强基建着眼未来发展、借助媒体网络采用多样营销策略、打造特色产业吸引观光游客、利用多元布局拓宽区域功能等方案对策来化解风险,以此为新疆霍尔果斯口岸中哈边境合作中心长足有效的发展提供思路。
Under the influence of COVID-19,the China-Kazakhstan Border Cooperation Center at Horgos Port in Xinjiang province is facing difficulties such as sparse population circulation,sluggish economic and trade investment,overstocked commodities and goods,and blocked tourism industry.Based on the field investigation and the actual situation under the current epidemic situation,this paper proposes to strengthen the infrastructure construction of china-Kazakhstan Border cooperation Center and focus on the future development.With the help of media network,adopt various marketing strategies;Create characteristic industries to attract tourists;In this way,suggestions are provided for the long-term and effective development of the China-Kazakhstan border cooperation center at horgos port in Xinjian,thus escorting the economic cooperation proposed by"One Belt and One Road".
