摘要
红外热成像技术能够在一定程度上辨别疾病外在征象的寒热属性,机体各个区域热态与证候存在对应关系。文章对红外热成像技术在中医证候理论研究及其临床应用等方面进行分析、概括与展望,以期为中医证候基础研究及临床辨证论治提供理论基础,为红外热成像技术在证候客观化、可视化、规范化研究与应用等方面提供新思路。
Heat and cold in nature of manifestations of diseases can be identified by infrared thermal imaging technology to some extent.There has a corresponding relationship between regional thermal state and syndromes.Providing theoretical basis of research on TCM syndromes and treatment based on syndrome differentiation,and new ways of objectivity,visualization and normalization of syndromes with infrared imaging technology,study on TCM syndromes theory and its clinical application with infrared imaging technology is analyzed and expected.
