摘要
选择在肺部疾患,尤其是一侧肺部疾病比较严重的情况下,观察双侧肺经的循经红外辐射轨迹(IR-RTM)以及双侧肺俞穴皮温之间的差异,探讨肺部疾患与肺经IRRTM及肺俞穴皮温间的内在联系。结果:①15例患者中背部肺俞穴都不同程度出现温度升高,而且左右温度不对称。肺部病变严重的肺俞穴的温度也较高。②15例肺部疾病患者双侧上肢几乎均可以观察到不同长度肺经的IRRTM,其长度与肺部病变的严重程度相关,肺部病变严重者,沿该侧肺经的IRRTM也较长。结论:当肺部发生病变时,在相应的体表如肺俞穴、肺经的IRRTM也会发生相应的变化,左右侧肺经IRRTM的长短,左右侧肺俞穴温度的差异与左右侧肺部病变的程度呈正相关,体现了经脉与脏腑的相关性。
To observe the differences of infrared radiant track along meridians (IRRTM) of bilateral Lung meridians and skin temperatures of bilateral Feishu acupoints (B13) in the patients with pulmonary diseases, especially those pulmonary diseases were more severe in one side than in other side. Result: ①The temperatures in Feishu acupoint (B13) of the 15 patients' back all rose to a certain extent, and the bilateral temperatures were asymmetric. The temperatures were higher in the side with more severe affection. ②Different lengths of IRRTM of Lung meridians almost can be observed in the bilateral upper limbs of the 15 patients. The lengthes had positive correlation to the severity of pulmonary diseases. Conclusion: When pathological changes occur in lungs, the cor- responding body surface, for example, Feishu and IRRTM of Lung meridian will change accordingly. The lengths of IRRTM of bilateral Lung meridian and the temperatures of bilateral Feishu have positive correlation to the severity of bilateral pulmonary diseases, which is the embodiment of correlativity between meridian and viscera.
