摘要
改革开放尤其是新时代以来,数字出版和数字经济的发展进入全新的阶段,藏文数字出版工作应时而上,积极融入我国数字出版规划中,成为其中不可或缺的一部分。文章从藏文出版数字化转型的可行性、藏文数字出版的发展机制构建、藏文数字出版高质量发展的策略几个方面,阐述藏文数字出版高质量发展的可行性、路径及策略等,认为藏文数字出版高质量发展,有利于优秀藏族传统文化的挖掘整理、继承弘扬,有利于国家文化软实力的建设,有利于讲好中国故事、传播好中国声音,有利于推动中华文化更好走向世界。
Since the reform and opening up,especially since the new era,the development of digital publishing and the digital economy has entered a new stage.Tibetan digital publishing should be stepped up and actively integrated into our country’s digital publishing planning,becoming an indispensable part of it.This article expounds the feasibility,path and strategy of the high-quality development of Tibetan digital publishing from the aspects of the feasibility of digital transformation of Tibetan publishing,the construction of the development mechanism of Tibetan digital publishing,and the strategy of high-quality development of Tibetan digital publishing.It is believed that the high-quality development of Tibetan digital publishing is conducive to the excavation,sorting,inheritance and promotion of excellent Tibetan traditional culture,the construction of national cultural soft power,the good telling of Chinese stories,the spread of Chinese voices,and the promotion of Chinese culture to the world.
