摘要
藏文出版是新中国出版事业的重要组成部分,也是我国民族工作、文化产业及公共文化事业的重要内容。在新时期文化强国的战略目标下,藏文出版事业如何响应党中央“加快数字中国建设”的号召,更好地融入这一宏伟的建设体系,是摆在出版人面前的重大课题。文章着重从出版产业政策的角度,分析藏文数字出版实践中的主要瓶颈和原因,并提出发展对策建议。
Tibetan publishing is an important part of the publishing undertaking of New China,as well as an essen⁃tial part of China's ethnic work,cultural industry,and public cultural undertakings.With the strategic goal of constructing China a cultural power in the new era,publishers have a major tasks to fulfil,that it,to have the Ti⁃betan publishing undertaking responds the call of the CPC Central Committee“to accelerate the construction of digital China”so as to integrate into this grand construction system better.The article focuses on the analysis of the main bottlenecks and the causes of them in the Tibetan digital publishing from the perspective of the publica⁃tion industry policy,and proposes somesuggestions for its development.
