摘要
黄河是中华文明的重要发源地,多元民族融合使其底蕴丰富,各种旅游资源富集。在此背景下,黄河流域职高院校所开设的旅游专业在地理上具有得天独厚的优势条件。随着旅游行业的飞速发展以及国民对旅游消费的需求增加,导致旅游专业人才越来越短缺。因此,职高院校应紧跟行业步伐,改革教学方式,创新人才培养模式,加强校企融合,培养出既符合教育发展模式又具备成熟职业技能的旅游专业复合型人才。
The Yellow River is an important birthplace of Chinese civilization.The culture of the Yellow River has a long history,and the integration of diverse ethnic groups makes it rich and rich in various tourist resources.In this context,the tourism majors offered by vocational colleges in the Yellow River Basin have unique geographical advantages.As people’s spiritual lives are becoming more and more fulfilling today,the rapid development of the tourism industry and the increase in national demand for tourism consumption have also contributed to the shortage of tourism professionals.Therefore,vocational colleges should keep up with the pace of the industry,reform teaching methods,innovate talent training models,strengthen school-enterprise integration,and cultivate tourism professional compound talents that conform to the educational development model and possess mature vocational skills.
