摘要 基于工匠精神构建中职学校人才培养机制不仅是社会发展进步的客观要求,亦是职业教育事业长足发展的必然趋势,更是我国产业架构升级转型的现实需要。该文以中职学校学生工匠精神培养的必要性入手,分析基于工匠精神的中职学校人才培养机制存在的问题,提出基于工匠精神的中职学校人才培养机制构建策略:强化工匠精神文化建设,转变传统观念;改革工匠精神培育模式,创新育人方法;引导工匠精神价值认同,塑造工匠品质。 Based on the spirit of craftsman to build secondary vocational school talent training mechanism is not only the objective requirements of social development and progress,but also the inevitable trend of the long-term development of vocational education,and it is also the practical need of China’s industrial structure upgrading and transformation.This paper starts with the necessity of training students’spirit of craftsman in secondary vocational schools,analyzes the problems existing in the talent training mechanism of secondary vocational schools based on the spirit of craftsman,and puts forward the strategies for constructing the talent training mechanism of secondary vocational schools based on the spirit of craftsman:strengthening the construction of craftsman spirit and culture,changing traditional concepts;innovating craftsman spirit cultivation mode,innovating education method;guiding students to identify with the spirit of artisans and shape the quality of artisans.
