摘要
高校在转型发展过程中,如何发挥自身优势、补全短板脱颖而出,是无数教育工作者关心的问题,对"三全育人"理念的认知与拓展是解决这一问题的有效途径。该文主要从"三全育人"理念的认知及拓展过程中的"办学定位""特色专业""课程思政"三个方面进行具体论述,旨在为高校转型发展提供参考及帮助。
In the process of transformation and development of colleges and universities,how to give full play to their own advantages,complement the shortcomings and stand out is the concern of countless educators.The effective way to solve this problem is to recognize and expand the"three complete"education concept.This paper mainly discusses the three aspects of"school running orientation","characteristic specialty"and"curriculum ideological and political"in the process of cognition and development of"three complete"education concept,aiming to provide reference and help for the transformation and development of colleges and universities.
