摘要
为促进我国高等教育创新发展,教育部明确表示要"推进‘新工科、新医科、新农科、新文科’等建设",这对高校的人才培养工作提出了新要求。结合互联网时代数字经济发展对商科人才的新需求,归纳总结了"新商科"的内涵及五大特征,分析了新商科发展的六个必要性,并梳理了当前新商科发展所面临的"两挑战"与"四困难",由此提出相关对策建议。从优化课程体系、搭建跨界平台、强化学生双创能力、打造"三师"型队伍以及建立校友回访制等五个方面,寻求推动新商科发展的有效途径。
In the era of digital economy,new requirements have been put forward for the training of business talents.Based on the needs of internet development,this paper summarizes the connotation and five major characteristics of the new business department,analyzes the six necessities of the development of the new business subject,and sets out the challenges and difficulties and suggest related countermeasures.From the five aspects of optimizing the curriculum system,building a cross-border platform,strengthening the ability of students to create,creating a"three types of teachers"team,and establishing an alumni return visit system to seek effective ways to promote the development of new business.
