摘要
该文通过对北京工业大学本科生进行问卷调研,辨析大学生创业能力的构成维度及特点,构建6维度的大学生创业能力评价模型。引入素质冰山理论,分别讨论专业、年级、创业大赛参赛经历以及创业政策法规了解程度对大学生创业能力的影响。依据创业能力的维度构成和影响程度,完善高校创业教育方式,挖掘大学生深层创业能力,解决大学生创业教育的实际问题,帮助大学生创业。
This paper identifies the constitutive dimensions and characteristics of college students’entrepreneurial ability through a questionnaire survey of undergraduate students at Beijing Institute of Technology,and constructs a 6-dimensional evaluation model of college students’entrepreneurial ability.The quality iceberg theory was introduced to discuss the influence of major,grade,experience in entrepreneurship competition and knowledge of entrepreneurship policies and regulations on college students’entrepreneurship ability.Based on the dimensional composition and degree of influence of entrepreneurial ability,we improve the entrepreneurial education methods of colleges and universities,explore the deep entrepreneurial ability of college students,solve the practical problems of college students’entrepreneurial education,and help college students start their own businesses.
