摘要
针对食品毒理学课程教学中存在的问题,基于OBE理念进行了课程改革探索,优化课程教学内容,融入思政元素,完善教学方法,开展线上线下混合教学方式,采用多元化评价体系。课程改革实践表明,改革后的课程教学能够激发学生的学习热情,提升学生学习自主性,将课程知识真正内化为学生综合能力和素养,良好的教学效果进一步支撑了人才培养目标的达成。
In view of the problems existing in the teaching of food toxicology,the curriculum reform based on the OBE concept was carried out.The teaching content was optimized,and the ideological and political elements were integrated.Online and offline mixed teaching practice was carried out,and the diversified evaluation system was adopted.The practice of curriculum reform shows that the reformed curriculum teaching can stimulate students’learning enthusiasm,improve students’learning autonomy,and internalize the curriculum knowledge into students’comprehensive ability and accomplishment.The good teaching effect further supports the achievement of talent cultivation goals.
