基于“奥迪4S店”校企合作实训基地的汽车专业产教融合研究 被引量:3

摘要 产教融合是促进职业教育改革和教学实践发展的一项中长期职教发展战略,它对解决人才供给侧结构性矛盾有着重要的意义,是新型职业教育发展创新的必然趋势与现实需要。文章基于"奥迪4S店"校企合作实训基地项目,进行汽车专业产教融合探索研究,提出了在建立"三群统一"模式和开展"1+X"证书制度下协同推进汽车专业产教融合的方案,并架构了基于"奥迪4S店"校企合作实训基地的汽车专业产教融合管理内容体系、指标对接体系和发展评价体系,为产教融合向纵深发展,推动新型职业教育创新提供了建设性意见。 The integration of industry and education is a medium and long-term vocational education development strategy to promote the reform of vocational education and the development of teaching practice.It is of great significance to solve the structural contradiction of talent supply side,and it is the inevitable trend and realistic need of the development and innovation of new vocational education.Based on the"Audi 4 S Shop"school-enterprise cooperation training base project,the paper carried out exploration and research on the integration of industry and education of automobile major,and proposed a scheme to promote the integration of industry and education of automobile major under the establishment of the"three groups unification"mode and the implementation of the"1+X"certificate system.The content system,index docking system and development evaluation system of automobile major industry and education integration management based on the"Audi 4 S Shop"school-enterprise cooperation training base are established,providing constructive suggestions for the in-depth development of industry and education integration and the promotion of new vocational education innovation.
