摘要
高职教育以服务地方社会经济建设为宗旨,高职院校要培养服务地方社会经济建设所需的专业人才,需要融合区域经济文化特色。只有在专业设置和培养目标、课程体系和内容、教学方法和方式上分别与地方产业需求、岗位职业能力标准、生产过程对接,将区域经济文化引入校园,融入人才培养全过程,才能培养出服务地方社会经济建设的具有创新创业精神的专业人才。
The purpose of higher vocational education is to serve the local social and economic construction,so,if higher vocational colleges want to cultivate professional talents needed to serve the local social and economic construction,they are bound to need to integrate the characteristics of regional economy and culture.Only when the specialty setting and training objectives,curriculum system and content,teaching methods and patterns are connected with the local industrial needs,post professional ability standards and production process respectively,and the regional economy and culture are introduced into the campus and integrated into the whole process of talent training,can we cultivate professional talents with innovative and entrepreneurial spirit serving the local social and economic construction.
