摘要
研究生创业教育是针对高层次创业型人才培养的教育,对于提升创业质量、促进经济发展和产业转型升级具有重要意义。该文探讨了江西省六所省属重点高校研究生创业教育的现状及存在的问题,分析了问题产生的原因,并从管理体系、师资队伍、教育理念、保障机制等层面提出了推进江西省高校研究生创业教育发展的对策建议,以期为江西省高校探索建立研究生创业型人才培养模式提供参考。
Postgraduate entrepreneurship education is aimed at cultivating high-level entrepreneurial talents,it is self-evident that it is of great significance to improve the quality of entrepreneurship,promote economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading.This paper discusses the current situation and existing problems of postgraduate entrepreneurship education in six key provincial universities in Jiangxi Province,analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of postgraduate entrepreneurship education in Jiangxi Province from the aspects of management system,teaching staff,education concept and guarantee mechanism,with a view to providing research reference for the universities in Jiangxi Province to explore and establish a postgraduate entrepreneurial talent training model.
