摘要
创业教育是高校教育的重要组成部分,不仅有利于培养大学生的综合素质,而且还能够培养大学生的创业意识、创业精神和创业能力,进而为推动大学生“以创业促就业”创造有利条件。打造高效团队,对于提高大学生创业成功率至关重要。因而,在创业教育中应当高度重视对团队合作意识的培养,但实践中仍然存在诸多不足。该文对此进行了研究与探讨,在分析创业教育中培养大学生团队合作意识重要性的基础上,重点分析了存在的问题,最后就如何在创业教育中科学、系统、有效地培养大学生的团队合作意识提出优化策略。
Entrepreneurship education is an important part of college education,which is not only conducive to cultivating the comprehensive quality of college students,but also can cultivate college students’entrepreneurial awareness,entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial ability,thereby creating favorable conditions for promoting college students to"promote employment through entrepreneurship".Building a high-performance team is crucial to improving the success rate of college students’entrepreneurship.Therefore,the cultivation of teamwork awareness should be highly valued in entrepreneurship education,but there are still many deficiencies in practice.This paper studies and discusses this.On the basis of analyzing the importance of cultivating college students’teamwork awareness in entrepreneurship education,it focuses on analyzing the existing problems.Finally,it proposes optimization on how to scientifically,systematically and effectively cultivate college students’teamwork in entrepreneurship education.Strategy.
