摘要
“十四五”期间,在我国大力发展托育服务体系的背景下,对于托育人才的培养提出新要求。高职院校婴幼儿托育服务与管理专业作为培育托育师资的职前学历教育,能有效解决托育人才数量少、素质低的问题。结合市场导向与企业需求,以0~3岁婴幼儿为服务对象,高职院校婴幼儿托育服务与管理专业融合“养教医”三大核心技能,制定课程标准,建构“养教医”同步课程体系,该体系在满足社会托育需求、提升托育专业学生核心技能素养、输送高质量职业技能人才方面具有较高价值。
During the“14th Five-Year Plan”period,under the background of vigorously developing the nursery service system in my country,new requirements have been put forward for the training specifications of nursery talents.As a pre-service education for cultivating nursery teachers,the infant care service and management major in higher vocational colleges can effectively solve the problems of the small number and low quality of nursery talents.Combining market orientation and enterprise demand,with 0-3 year old infants and young children as the service object,the infant care service and management major in higher vocational colleges integrates the three core skills of nursing,education and medicine to formulate curriculum standards,and construct a synchronous course system of“health education doctor”.The system is of great value in meeting the needs of social childcare,improving the core skills of students majoring in childcare,and delivering high-quality vocational skills.
