摘要
“双一流”建设不仅为我国高等教育的内涵式发展指明了前进的方向,同时也为地方高校的发展带来了契机。高校优质的人才队伍是“双一流”建设的根本和关键。该文通过对“双一流”建设背景下地方高校科研团队人才队伍建设现状与问题的分析,提出了具有针对性的解决对策,为地方高校科研团队人才队伍建设提供理论及实践参考。
The construction of“Double First Class”not only points out the direction for the connotative development of higher education in China,but also brings opportunities for the development of local universities.A high-quality talent team in universities is the fundamental and key to the construction of“Double First Class”.This article analyzes the current situation and problems in the construction of talent teams in local university research teams under the background of“Double First Class”construction,and proposes targeted solutions,providing theoretical and practical reference for the construction of talent teams in local university research teams.
