摘要
文章以山东科技大学为例,依托管理学中的PDCA循环管理方法,结合地方高校学科建设工作与实践,分析PDCA循环与学科建设融合的内涵,探讨把PDCA循环阶段厚植于学科建设管理中的基本思路。本研究表明,运用PDCA循环有助于指导学科建设实践,实现地方高校学科建设资源的优化配置,推动学科建设工作的持续改进和创新。
The article takes Shandong University of Science and Technology as an example,relying on the PDCA cycle management method in management,combined with the discipline construction work and practice of local universities,analyzes the connotation of the integration of PDCA cycle and discipline construction,and explores the basic ideas of planting PDCA cycle stages in discipline construction management.This study indicates that the use of PDCA cycle can help guide the practice of discipline construction,optimize the allocation of discipline construction resources in local universities,and promote continuous improvement and innovation in discipline construction work.
