摘要
为提升职业院校办学质量和人才培养质量,该文积极响应国家“三教”改革政策,根据药学行业人才和岗位需求,构建以产品化为导向的药学创新综合实训课程体系,通过以洗护产品、驱蚊止痒产品及中药香囊产品三大产品的开发、生产、检验、营销等过程为主线和载体,将“三教”改革理念有效融入药学综合实训课程体系的构建,为优化药学高素质人才培养体系提供可见和可行的“操作系统”。
In order to improve the quality of vocational colleges and the quality of talent training,we actively respond to the national policy of“three education”reform.According to the needs of talents and positions in the pharmaceutical industry,this study a product-oriented comprehensive practical training curriculum system for pharmaceutical innovation,through the development,production,inspection and marketing of the three product systems of washing products,mosquito repellent and anti-itching products and Chinese medicine sachets products as the main line and carrie.The reform concept of“three education”should be effectively integrated into the construction of pharmacy comprehensive practical training curriculum system,so as to provide a visible and feasible“operating system”for optimizing the training system of high-quality talents in pharmacy.
