摘要
【目的】为了实现设计文档和信息的收集、加工、共享和发布,实时、动态、协同完成设计任务分解、接口提资、设校审以及产品交付等设计工作,【方法】在分析水利行业BIM应用现状基础上,以模块化设计为源头,研究并提出建设水利水电工程数字设计工厂的构想。采用无感采集设计过程多维数据的手段,结合模型资源库,并与三维建模环境双向映射的方法,构建从数据采集、存储、治理到应用的设计过程全链条技术架构。【结果】数字设计工厂可以与BIM、GIS、大数据、人工智能等信息技术深度融合,通过重构设计流程,实现从专业设计为主体的特例性工程设计到多专业实时协同的产品化设计;实现了统一平台下设计产品的交付与直观展示;实现设计参数同时驱动几何模型的造型和传统基于经验公式的数学计算。【结论】在数字设计工厂平台体系下,通过对设计过程控制与信息集成、专业模块化智能设计、大数据分析验证等应用的实践验证,有效解决了大数据多源复杂性、设计过程实时性和模块化的要求和难点,对实现水利水电工程从专业设计为主体的特例性设计到多专业协同的产品化设计具有重要的参考价值。
[Objective] Inorder to realize the design tasks of collection, processing, sharing and publishing of design documents and information to dynamically and cooperatively complete the design task decomposition, interface data provision, design-check-review and product delivery in real time, [Methods] a concept to constructa digitalized design factory for water conservancy and hydropower engineering is studied and proposed herein by takingmodularized design as the source on the basis of analyzing the application status of BIM in water sector. By means of non-inductive collection of multi-dimensional data in the design process, a full-chain technical architecture for the design process from data collection, storage, governance to application is established in combination with the relevant model resource librarythrough the method of bidirectional mapping of 3-D modeling environment. [Results] Digital design factory can be deeply integrated with BIM, GIS, big data, artificial intelligence and other information technologies. Through the reconstruction of the design process, the upgrading from the special engineering design with professional design as the main body to the multi-professional real-time collaborative product design is realized. The delivery and visual display of design products under the unified platform is realized. The design parameters can simultaneously drive the modeling of geometric models and the traditional mathematical calculation based on empirical formulas. [Conclusion] Under the digitalized design factory platform system, the multi-source complexity of big data as well as the requirements and problems of thereal time and modularization of design process are effectively solved through the practical verification of the applications of thedesign process control and information integration, professional modular intelligent design, big data analysis and verification, etc., which has an important reference value for both the special case design with professional design as the main subject and the multi-profession collaborative product design.
