致密油连续油管体积压裂技术探索与实践 被引量:2

Exploration and practice of volume fracturing technology with coiled tubing for tight oil reservoir

摘要 直井缝网和水平井体积压裂是大庆外围扶余和高台子致密油储层有效的增产技术手段。由于常规大排量、多簇体积改造存在“裂缝不能均衡延伸、时效低、过量替挤”等局限,为此开展了连续油管体积压裂技术的研究应用。针对致密油区块新井,以“缝控储量最大化”为目标,利用连续管携带底封工具,单簇单压、密集切割,体积改造,增加最大有效改造体积。通过现场试验应用,单井产油强度提高35.3%。该技术为致密油等非常规储层压裂效果的再提升探索了新途径。 Fracture network fracturing in vertical wells and volume fracturing in horizontal wells are effective stimulation techniques for Fuyu and Gaotaizi tight oil reservoirs of Daqing peripheral oilfield.Due to the limitations of conventional volume fracturing stimulation with large-displacement and multi-cluster,such as uneven fractures extension,low efficiency,and excessive displacement,the research and application of volume fracturing technology with coiled tubing has been carried out.For new wells in tight oil blocks,in order to achieve the goal of"maximizing fracture-controlled reserves",the coiled tubing was used to carry the bottom packing tools to fulfill the single-cluster individual fracturing,intensive cutting,and volume stimulation,so as to increase the maximum effective stimulation volume.Through the field test and application,the oil production intensity of the single well was increased by 35.3%.The technology has explored a new way to enhance the fracturing effect in tight oil and other unconventional reservoirs.
