摘要
经过60年的勘探实践,松辽盆地北部石油勘探进入了常规油与非常规油并重的新阶段,必须重新认识资源潜力,明确勘探方向,制定勘探对策,走出一条新的发展之路。近年来,按照中国石油集团公司提出的"富油气区集中勘探、精细勘探,新区新领域甩开勘探、风险勘探"的工作要求,松辽盆地北部石油勘探确立了"精细勘探常规油、稳步推进致密油、积极准备泥(页)岩油"的部署思路。精细勘探常规油,建立了"2新、4精、1控、2突出"的高效勘探模式,老探区走出了新路子;稳步推进致密油,形成了以"5精细、8优化"为核心的勘探配套技术,实现了规模增储;积极准备泥(页)岩油,明确了古龙地区为有利勘探突破区,甩开探索获新进展,松辽盆地北部多类型石油勘探见到好效果,老探区焕发出新活力。提出了常规油精细勘探要全面展开、致密油勘探要加快节奏及新类型研究要加大力度等3方面建议。
After 60-year exploration practice,the oil exploration in North Songliao Basin has entered the new focusing stage of both conventional and unconventional oil,so it is necessary to re-understand the resource potentials,make clear of the exploration direction,formulate the exploration strategy and make a new development path. In recent years,according to CNPC proposed work requests i. e. ＂concentrate and fine explore in the enriched oil and gas area,spread and risk exploration in the new area and domain＂,the deploy thinkings of the oil exploration in North Songliao Basin were established： ＂fine exploration for the conventional oil,steady progress in the tight oil and prepare the mud（ shale） oil actively＂. For the fine exploration of the conventional oil,the high-efficiency exploration mode was established： ＂two new,four fine,one control,two outstanding＂,so the old exploring way was ploughed for the old exploration area; for the steady progress in the tight oil,the matching exploration techniques were developed： ＂five fine and eight optimization＂,thus the large-size reserves enhancement was realized; for theactive preparation of the mud（ shale） oil,Gulong area was ensured as the favorable breakthrough region of the exploration,the new progress in the spread exploration was gained,much better effects were achieved for many types of petroleum exploration in North Songliao Basin and furthermore the old exploration regions have renewed vigor.Three aspects of the suggestions were proposed i. e. the conventional-oil fine exploration in the whole aspect,the tight oil exploration in a fast step and new type of the research in a big strength.
