摘要
文章从微观视角探究了产业专业化集聚和多样化集聚对城市土地利用效率的时空效应,在构建动态空间面板模型的基础上利用275个地级及以上城市2009~2018年宏观面板数据进行实证检验。研究发现:(1)城市土地利用效率具有显著的循环累积效应和空间溢出效应;(2)专业化集聚对土地利用效率的时空效应具有显著的倒“U”型特征,多样化集聚对土地利用效率时空效应的非线性特征不显著;(3)专业化集聚和多样化集聚对土地利用效率的时空效应存在明显的空间异质性。本文认为产业集聚模式的选择应因地制宜,充分考虑地区资源禀赋,走绿色低碳发展之路;加强科创支持力度,通过科技加持实现不同产业集聚模式对土地利用效率的增长效应;充分发挥土地利用效率的空间溢出效应,达到区域间土地利用效率协同提升的目的,最终实现土地利用经济、生态、社会的和谐统一。
This paper explores the spatial-temporal effects of industrial specialization and diversification on land use efficiency from a micro perspective.Based on the construction of dynamic spatial panel model(dynamic spatial Dubin model and dynamic spatial lag model),it empirically tests the macro-panel data of 275 cities at prefecture level and above from 2009 to 2018.The results show that:(1)urban land use efficiency has significant cyclic cumulative effect and spatial spillover effect.(2)The spatio-temporal effects of specialized agglomeration on land use efficiency are inverted U-shaped,while the nonlinear characteristics of diversified agglomeration on land use efficiency are not significant.(3)The spatio-temporal effects of specialization agglomeration and diversification agglomeration on land use efficiency have obvious spatial heterogeneity.This paper argues that the choice of industrial agglomeration mode should be based on local conditions and take green and low-carbon development road into full consideration of regional resource endowment.Strengthen the support of science and technology innovation and realize the increasing effect of different industrial agglomeration patterns on land use efficiency through science and technology.To give full play to the spatial spillover effect of land use efficiency,achieve the goal of synergistic improvement of land use efficiency among regions,and finally realize the harmonious unification of land use economy,ecology and society.
