摘要
为揭示在新型城镇化的发展进程中我国城市土地利用效率的时空差异特征与影响因素,构建城市土地利用效率以及新型城镇化发展质量评价指标体系,采用超效率DEA模型测度我国30个省份城市土地利用效率,利用固定效应模型分析土地利用效率的主要影响因素,结果表明:从时间上看,我国区域之间的城市土地利用效率虽有差异,但整体呈上升趋势,其中,东部地区城市土地利用效率最大,中部次之,西部最小;从空间上看,我国城市土地利用效率总体差异波动较小,且逐渐趋于平缓,中部地区相较于东部与西部地区,区域内城市土地利用效率差异波动较小;城市经济发展水平和产业结构优化升级对城市土地利用效率产生显著的正向影响。
In order to reveal the temporal and spatial difference characteristics and influencing factors of urban land use efficiency in China in the development process of new urbanization,the urban land use efficiency and the development quality evaluation index system of new urbanization are constructed,and the super efficiency DEA model is used to calculate the urban land use efficiency of 30 provinces in China,The fixed effect model is used to analyze the main influencing factors of land use efficiency.The results show that:In terms of time,although there are differences in urban land use efficiency among regions in China,it shows an upward trend as a whole.The urban land use efficiency in the eastern region is the largest,followed by the central region,and the western region is the smallest.In terms of space,the overall difference of urban land use efficiency in China fluctuates less and gradually tends to be flat.Compared with the eastern and western regions,the difference of urban land use efficiency in the central region fluctuates less.The level of urban economic development and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure will have a significant positive impact on urban land use efficiency.
