摘要
“事件”概念因其所具有的革命性意义,受到当代西方左翼思想家的广泛关注,并呈现出一场事件哲学的转向。然而,权力治理则惧怕事件的发生,其所做的正是“排除事件”或“去事件化”。福柯关于权力关系的研究,揭示出西方治理技术的变迁谱系,即主权模式、规训机制和安全配置。在不同的治理模式下,事件分别以不同的方式被排除:主权模式在领土边界内实施,事件通过野蛮暴力的方式被排除;规训在个体的身体上实施,随着主体成为规范个体,基于主体而生发的事件也随之被规训;安全在整个人口上实施,事件成了可被调节的“似自然性”事件,并最终在经济人的经济游戏中彻底迷失。新的治理术的出现并不取消旧式治理术在排除事件方面的作用,它们构成一种合力对事件进行排除。在这种情况下,事件何以可能,就成了摆在当代西方左翼思想家面前的一个现实难题。
Because of its revolutionary significance,the concept of"event"has been received the attention by the Contemporary Western Left-wing thinkers,and has shown the shift of the Event Philosophy.However,fearing the occurrence of events,the governmentality actively"excludes the event"or"dis-eventalize".Foucault’s research on the power relations reveals the history of changes of the Western governmentalitys,namely the Sovereignty,the Discipline,and the Security.Under the different governmentalitys,the event is excluded in different ways.The Sovereignty is exercised within the borders of a territory and then the event is excluded through the brutal violence;the Discipline is exercised on the bodies of individuals and then the event based on the subject is also excluded with the subject becomes a normative individual;the Security is exercised over the whole population,the event has become the"natural"event that can be adjusted,and is finally completely lost in the economic game of the homo oeconomicus.The emergence of the new governmentality does not cancel the function of the old governmentality in the aspect of the exclusion of event.They constitute a joint force to exclude the event.In this case,the possibility of the happening of the event becomes a realistic problem to the Contemporary Western Left-wing thinkers.
