摘要 本文以幼儿园自然教育理念与实践现状调查及优化路径为主要内容进行阐述,重点分析了实践现状分析和存在的问题,进而从均衡教育资源,促进教育公平;提升教师待遇,引进高素质人才;幼儿教师专业化,培养高素质教师;采取因地制宜教学原则,设计自然化环保学习资源这几方面深入探讨和分析,其目的在于提升幼儿园教学力度,推进自然教育理念发展。 This article focuses on the investigation of the concept and practice of nature education in kindergartens and the optimization path as the main content.It focuses on the analysis of the current situation of practice and the existing problems,and then in-depth discussion and analysis from the aspects of balance educational resources and promote educational fairness;improve teacher treatment and introduce high-quality talents;professionalize kindergarten teachers and train high-quality teachers;adopt teaching principles based on local conditions and design natural and environmentally friendly learning resources.Its purpose is to enhance the intensity of teaching in kindergartens and promote the development of the concept of natural education.
