摘要
随着校企"双元"育人理念的提出,需要在社会生、企业、学校等三方建立联系,并在企业岗位需求导向、社会生个人学习意愿的共同决定下,形成由学校与企业共同完成人才培养的联动机制。实施策略可围绕着:问题驱动下具化"双元"育人的组织管理措施、区分两类教育制订便利社会生学习的实施办法、建立"双元"考核机制约束和激励社会生学习、创新"双元"育人实践突出社会生实操性训练等四个方面展开。
With the school-enterprise"dual"education concept,it is necessary to establish a relationship among social students,enterprises,schools and other three parties,and under the joint decision of post demand orientation of enterprises and social students’individual learning willingness,to form a joint mechanism of talent training by schools and enterprises.The implementation strategies can be carried out from four aspects:the organizational and management measures of problem-driven"dual"education,the implementation methods to facilitate social students’learning by distinguishing two types of education,the establishment of"dual"assessment mechanism to restrain and stimulate social students’learning,and the innovation of"dual"education practice to highlight social students’practical training.
