摘要
随着高职院校上课考勤制度的严格执行,学生的旷课行为得到遏制。反之,上课时间不进行认真听课,而从事其他事情的"隐形逃课"现象越来越严重,本文从"隐形逃课"现象的成因分析,以及如何提高学生的课堂参与度、如何加强课堂管理等提出有针对性、实用性的建议,以期加强学生与教师的相互交流,使师生悦纳课堂,使人才培养方案落于实处,人才质量得到保障。
With the strict implementation of attendance system in higher vocational colleges,students’absenteeism has been curbed.On the contrary,the phenomenon of"invisible truancy"is becoming more and more serious when students do not listen to classes carefully in class time.This paper analyzes the causes of the phenomenon of"invisible truancy"and puts forward some pertinent and practical suggestions on how to improve students’participation in class and how to strengthen class management,so as to strengthen the mutual communication between students and teachers,make students accept the class and make them happy The talent training plan is put into practice and the quality of talents is guaranteed.
