摘要
过程和方法是处理高等职业学校管理问题的一项基本方法,对于处理教学管理和实训操作中的各种问题有着积极的作用。过程方法的应用可以帮助高等职业院校树立正确的教学态度和管理理念,对于克服高职院校教学功利性等问题有着积极的作用和帮助,可以促进学校教学职责和资源的和理配置,对于提高等职业教育的教学质量有着积极的作用。
The process and method is a basic method to deal with the management of higher vocational schools,which has a positive role in dealing with various problems in teaching management and practical training.The application of process method can help higher vocational colleges establish correct teaching attitude and management concept,which can play a positive role and help to overcome the problems of higher vocational colleges such as teaching utility,promote the allocation of teaching responsibilities and resources,and play a positive role in improving the teaching quality of vocational education.
