摘要
目的为新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情期间方舱医院的安全用药提供依据。方法选取湖北省武汉市东西湖方舱医院为样本方舱医院,分析方舱医院供应药品的原有剂型特殊贮藏形式,对药品冷链贮藏和避光贮藏条件进行分析,同时分析注射制剂调配完成后的成品存放条件。结果样本方舱医院共供应114种药品,其中需冷藏(2~10℃)的药品共6种(5.26%),57种(50.00%)药品原剂型需避光贮藏;3种注射制剂成品需避光给药。结论方舱医院的药事管理应关注药品的冷链贮藏条件和避光贮藏条件。
Objective To provide basis for safe drug use in fangcang hospitals during the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods Taking Wuhan East and West Lake Fangcang Hospital as the sample hospital,the special storage forms of the original drug dosage forms supplied by the Fangcang hospital were analyzed,the conditions of cold chain storage and dark storage of drugs were also analyzed.In addition,the storage conditions of finished products after the deployment of injection preparations were analyzed.Results A total of 114 kinds of drugs were supplied by the sample fangcang hospital,including 6 kinds of drugs(5.26%)that need to be refrigerated(2-10℃),57 kinds of original dosage form drugs(50.00%)need to be stored in dark,and 3 kinds of finished injection preparations need to be administered in dark.Conclusion The cold chain storage condition and dark storage condition should be paid attention to in the pharmaceutical management of Fangcang hospitals.
