摘要
                
                    国内社区物业管理经历了单位制时期的政府"全盘包揽"、经济体制改革初期的市场化运作及社会建设时期多元共治的发展阶段。社区物业管理兼具了市场性、社会性、行政性等多重属性,使得当前社区物业管理在"国家—市场—社会"的三维张力中出现了结构性困境。旨在运用基层党建力量、强化社区统合的"红色物业"有望成为物业管理本土困境的应对之道。
                
                Domestic community property management has gone through the government’s"wholesale"in the unit system period,the market-oriented operation in the early stage of economic system reform,and the development stage of multiple co-governance in the period of social construction.Community property management has multiple attributes such as market,social,administrative,etc.,which makes the current community property management present a structural dilemma in the three-dimensional tension of"state-market-society".The"red property",which aims to use grassroots party building forces and strengthen community integration,is expected to become a response to the local dilemma of property management.
