摘要
学科结构并非简单的科类问题,而是一个内含科类划分、层次差异并聚合着复杂利益诉求与权力博弈的体系。学科调整既包含结构布局的调整,也包括建设策略的调整。我国高等学校学科结构存在的问题,根源于其生成的历史背景与特定模式。每一个历史阶段的合理化需求与安排,可能为下一个历史阶段埋下问题的种子。这些不断积累的问题经过演化,有些成为具有约束力的制度文化,有些则成为利益固化后的藩篱。做好新时代的学科调整工作,需要平衡行政、学术、市场三种力量,协调中央与地方利益,促进内外部动力的整合,实现体系调整与体制创新的联动。
Discipline structure is not a simple matter of classification,but a system that contains the division of disciplines,hierarchical differences,and aggregation of complex interest demands and power games.Discipline adjustment applies to not just the structural layout,but also the development strategy.The problems with discipline structure in China’s higher education institutions are rooted in the historical background and specific patterns of its formation.The requirements and arrangements reasonable in one historical period may sow the seeds of problems for the next.As these accumulated problems evolve,some of them may have become institutional culture that has a binding force,while others may have become barriers of consolidated interests.To properly adjust disciplines in a New Era,it is necessary to balance the three forces of administration,academia,and the market,coordinate the interests of the central and local governments,stimulate the harmonization of internal and external forces,and achieve synergy between system adjustment and institutional innovation.
