摘要
学科发展受内部与外部双重因素的影响。在智识层面,学科的演进与知识的积累密切相关,伴随着知识的进步,学科不断从初创走向成熟。在制度层面,学科的发展与知识生产体制密切相关,伴随着社会对知识的规划,新兴学科不断在大学里产生,并逐一被制度化。随着知识规划时代的来临,大学的学科建设面临着双重的挑战,大学既要避免学术的保守主义可能导致的知识孤岛现象,又要警惕知识规划主义可能带来的学术泡沫。学科建设需要大学或政府对知识进行重新规划,但一定要避免权力对于知识的任意宰制。
The development of a discipline is influenced by the factors from both the inside and the outside.The development of a discipline is closely related to the accumulation of knowledge,with the development of knowledge,a discipline can gradually become mature.As for the institution,it is closely linked to knowledge development,newly-developed disciplines will soon appear in universities and will be gradually instituted as a result of the management of knowledge.In the era of knowledge management,discipline construction in universities is faced with double challenges.Universities need to avoid conservatism which would otherwise lead to the isolated islands of knowledge while at the same time should be alert to the academic bubble due to the over management of knowledge.Discipline construction requires re-management of knowledge by universities or the government;meanwhile,it also should avoid the influence of the power on a discipline.
