摘要
习近平法治思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的有机组成部分,是马克思主义法治思想中国化进程的最新重大理论成果,有力推动了中国特色社会主义法治理论的创新发展,开启了马克思主义法治思想与中国具体法治实际相结合的第三次历史性飞跃。习近平法治思想博大精深、内容丰富、逻辑严密、体系严整,科学论述新的时代条件下中国特色社会主义法治发展的一系列重大理论与实践问题,深刻阐释了法治本体论、法治辩证论、法治价值论、法治发展论、法治国情论,对马克思主义法治思想在21世纪的发展作出了原创性的贡献。
Xi Jinping thought on rule of law is an integral part of Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era and the latest major theoretical achievement in the process of Sinicization of Marxist thought on rule of law.It has strongly promoted the innovation and development of the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics and opened up the third historic leap in the combination between Marxist thought on rule of law with China’s realities.Xi Jinping thought on rule of law is broad and profound,rich in content and rigorous in both logic and system.It scientifically discusses a series of major theoretical and practical issues concerning the development of the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics under the conditions of the new era,and profoundly explains the ontology,dialectics,value,development,and national conditions of rule of law,thus having made original contributions to the development of Marxist thought on rule of law in the 21 st century.
