摘要
跨境联合培养博士生是高等教育全球化的重要体现,也是博士生获取更高质量学术训练的重要途径。基于2017年"全国博士毕业生离校调查"的8207份博士生数据,从学术训练和知识生产两个方面考察中外联合培养对博士生科研能力增值及论文产出的影响可以发现:在科研能力增值方面,中外联合培养的博士生与非中外联合培养的博士生不存在显著差异;在国际期刊论文产出方面,中外联合培养的博士生显著高于非中外联合培养的博士生,但在国内期刊论文产出方面二者没有显著差异。
Transnational joint training of Ph.D.students is one of the most important aspect of higher education internalization,as well as a key channel to improve their quality.Investigating 8207 doctoral graduates from the perspective of research training and knowledge producing,it explored the influence of sino-foreign joint training program.It found that there’s no significance between visiting doctoral students overseas and their domestic counterparts at the aspect of research skill increment;the international publishing of visiting doctoral students overseas was higher than those of the domestic counterparts significantly,however,there was no difference between the two in domestic publishing.
