摘要
高度重视基础学科领域拔尖创新人才的选拔与培养,已成为美国顶尖大学的普遍共识。在本科教育阶段,美国顶尖大学主要采取“全员学术精英教育”、“高年级专业荣誉项目”、“四年制综合荣誉项目”和“本硕学位连读项目”四种选育模式选拔和培养基础学科拔尖学生,形成了多维度的选育结构、多路径的发展通道,以及开放包容的培养环境和制度空间。其相关理念、经验和做法可为我国基础学科和关键技术领域拔尖学生的选拔与培养提供启示与借鉴。
Selecting and cultivating top innovative talents in basic disciplines became the consensus of top universities in the United States.American top universities mainly selected and cultivated top students by“overall elite education”,“senior honor program”,“four-year honor program”and“joint bachelor and master degree program”.It developed the multi-dimension selecting and cultivating structure,multi-path development channel,and the open and inclusive cultivating environment and institutional space.The ideas,experiences and practices also provided inspiration and reference for Chinese universities to select and cultivate top students in basic disciplines and key technical fields.
