摘要
专业化是教育考试机构发展的必然趋势。通过调研南通市教育考试机构在基础保障、招考组织、社会服务、改革创新等方面情况及存在的问题,提出推进考试机构专业化能力提升的实施建议,即:明确目标、科学规划;突出重点、顺次推进;对标找差,突破瓶颈;统筹协调、落实责任,以机构专业化建设推动南通教育考试大发展、大跨越。
Currently,the specialization of educational examination institutions has become an inevitable trend in development;however,some problems have occurred in the aspects such as basic security,recruitment organization,social services,reform and innovation,etc..To fight against the problems mentioned above,this article puts forward suggestions to promote the specialization of examination institutions,namely:scientific planningwith clear objectives;focusing on key points and advancing in sequence;filling up the gap and breaking through the bottleneck so as to promote the professional construction of education examinationinstitutions in Nantong city.
