摘要
大学生学习性投入是大学生学习与发展研究领域中的经典概念。第二次世界大战之后高等教育规模的急剧扩张导致高校人才培养质量面临危机,为了监督大学生的动态发展过程、促进大学生的学习发展,大学生学习性投入作为预测高校学生成就的重要过程性指标开始出现。斯格费利、弗雷德里克斯和乔治·库等学者基于各自的研究分别构建了大学生学习性投入的概念框架,为把握大学生学习性投入概念提供了重要参考。而阿斯汀的学生参与理论、帕斯卡雷拉的变化评定模型、汀托的社会和学术融入概念以及魏德曼的本科生社会化模型为丰富大学生学习性投入的内涵、了解大学生学习性投入的作用机制以及影响因素等提供了重要的理论基础。
College students’ learningengagement is a classic concept in the field of college students’ learning and development research. After the Second World War, the rapid expansion of the scale of higher education has led to a crisis in the quality of personnel training. In order to supervise the dynamic development process of college students and promote their learning development, student engagement began to appearas an important process index to predict the achievements of college students. Based on their own research, Schaufeli, Fredericks, George D. Kuhand other scholars respectively have constructed the conceptual framework of student engagement, which provides an important reference for grasping the concept of student engagement. However, Austin’s theory of Student Involvement, Pascarell’s General Model for Accessing Change, Tinto’s concept of Social and Academic Integration, and Weidman’s Undergraduate Socialization provide important theoretical basis to enrich the connotation of student engagement, understanding the mechanism and influencing factors of student engagement.
