摘要
大学生学习投入程度是人才培养质量的重要制约因素,是我国建设“双一流”高校的重要基础。在前期研究基础上,对三所国家“双一流”建设高校理工类专业大学生进行实证分析,表明职业发展规划、自律意识、网络价值取向与学习投入显著正相关,进而阐释克服消极归因的面临的现实困境,提出点亮学习投入目标导航灯、清除学习投入自律障碍、扶正学习投入网络价值取向的提升策略,服务于立德树人这一根本任务。
The degree of learning engagement of college students is the key factor restricting the quality of personnel training,and it is an important basis for the construction of"double firstclass"Chinese universities.On the basis of previous studies,this paper conducts an empirical analysis of science and engineering students in three"double first-class"universities in Heilongjiang Province.It is found that career development planning,self-discipline awareness,and network value orientation are significantly positively correlated with learning involvement.It further explains the practical difficulties faced by overcoming negative attribution,and puts forward the improvement strategies of lighting the target navigation lights of learning involvement,removing the self-discipline barriers of learning involvement,and strengthening the network value orientation of learning involvement,so as to serve the fundamental task to strengthen moral education and cultivate people.
