摘要
目的构建体外膜肺氧合(extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,ECMO)护理质量敏感指标体系,为监测ECMO护理质量提供科学、客观的依据。方法通过循证方法对证据进行综合,为ECMO护理质量敏感指标体系的构建奠定理论基础;通过小组讨论选择符合临床实践的指标内容,初步拟订ECMO护理质量敏感指标、内涵及参考标准;通过2轮专家函询,对ECMO护理质量敏感指标体系进行筛选和修改。结果最终基于三维质量评价模型构建出包含19项指标条目的ECMO护理质量敏感指标体系;2轮函询专家积极系数为86.7%与93.3%,权威系数为0.923和0.936,协调系数为0.461和0.478。结论构建的ECMO护理质量敏感指标体系科学、可靠,可为ECMO护理质量改进提供理论依据。
Objective To establish a sensitive index system of nursing quality of ICU patients with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO),and to provide scientific and objective basis for monitoring the quality of ECMO nursing.Methods The evidence-based method was used to synthesize the evidence,which laid the foundation for the construction of the ECMO specialized technology nursing quality sensitive index system.The index contents in line with clinical practice were selected through group discussion,and the sensitivity index,definition and standard of ECMO specialized technology nursing quality were initially formulated.Through two rounds of expert consultation,the sensitive index system of nursing quality of ECMO specialized technology was improved and established.Results Based on the three-dimensional quality evaluation model,a sensitive index system of ECMO specialized technical nursing quality was constructed,including 19 indicators.The positive coefficient of experts in two rounds of consultation were 86.7%and 93.3%,the authority coefficient were 0.923 and 0.936,and the coordination coefficient were 0.416 and 0.478.Conclusion The construction of ECMO specialized technology nursing quality sensitive index system is scientific and reliable,which can provide the theoretical basis for the improvement of ECMO nursing quality.
