摘要
总结对体外膜肺氧合患者推行以护士为主导的早期肺康复训练的护理经验。护理要点:建立以护士为主导的肺康复训练团队,针对患者早期肺康复训练的难点给予呼吸训练、咳嗽能力训练及运动训练。21例患者肺功能均康复良好,顺利撤离ECMO和呼吸机,成功转出ICU。
To summarize the nursing experience of nurse-led early pulmonary rehabilitation training in patients with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO).Nursing essentials included establishing a nurse-led pulmonary rehabilitation training team,providing respiratory training,cough training and exercise according to the difficulties in early pulmonary rehabilitation training.The pulmonary function of 21 patients recovered well.They were successfully withdrawn from ECMO and ventilator,and successfully transferred out of ICU.
