摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径在体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(AECOPD)患者中的应用效果。方法将86例ECMO治疗AECOPD患者随机分为对照组与观察组各43例,对照组患者采用常规护理方式,观察组患者给予临床护理路径,分别将两组患者护理前后肺功能、血气指标及护理满意度进行比较。结果观察组患者护理后的FEV1、FVC与FEV1/FVC水平均明显高于对照组,其护理后的PaO2与PaCO2水平均明显好于对照组,并且护理满意度显著高于对照组,均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在ECMO治疗AECOPD时采取临床护理路径模式能够更好地改善患者的肺功能与血气指标,并且有助于提高患者的护理满意程度。
Objective This article aims to explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO).Methods 86 patients with AECOPD treated by ECMO were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 43 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing mode,and the patients in the observation group were given clinical nursing path.The lung function,blood gas index and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after nursing.Results The levels of FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the levels of PaO2 and PaCO2 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion When ECMO is used to treat AECOPD,the clinical nursing pathway mode can better improve the pulmonary function and blood gas index of the patients,and help to improve the nursing satisfaction of the patients.
