摘要
在法学教育中融入隐性思想政治教育,是法学教育的政治任务。其实质是"课程思政",其形式是隐性教育,其任务是立德树人。但在法学教育中融入隐性思想政治教育还面临诸多现实挑战:目标定位不清晰,教学内容不明确,教改方案不完善。为了更扎实地落实党的教育方针,更有效地推动法学专业教育融入高校"大思政"格局,高校应当树立科学的目标宗旨,明确具体的教学内容,制定完善的教改方案。
It is important that we should integrate the implicit ideological and political education into the education of law in China,which is the political task of law education.Its essence is courses for ideological and political education,its form is implicit education,and its task is moral education.However,there are many practical challenges to integrate implicit ideological and political education into law education.For example,its target orientation is not clear,the teaching content is not clear,and the teaching reform plan is not perfect.In order to implement the party’s educational policy,and promote the integration of law education into the"general ideological and political education",we should establish the scientific goal,form the complete educational content,and lay down perfect reform of education plan.
