摘要
目的分析2005-2019年河南省百日咳的流行病学特征,为制定河南省预防控制百日咳的策略提供参考。方法通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统收集2005-2019年河南省报告的百日咳病例,利用描述性流行病学进行分析。结果2005-2019年河南省共报告百日咳2 384例,年均发病率0.17/10万,2005-2009年呈下降趋势,2009-2015年呈现波浪式上升趋势,2016-2019年呈现明显上升,2019年与2016年相比上升363%;商丘市、驻马店市、开封市报告1 113例,占总报告病例数的46.69%;6~8月为发病高峰,6~8月份共报告1 116例,占比46.81%;5岁以下年龄组共报告百日咳1916例,占比80.37%。结论河南省百日咳呈上升趋势,以5岁以下儿童为主,建议开展培训、加强监测,开展低龄儿童感染状况的进一步研究,为探索预防和控制低龄儿童发病的免疫策略提供依据。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of pertussis in Henan Province in 2005-2019, and provide reference for the strategy of monitoring and controlling of pertussis. Methods Pertussis cases reported during 2005-2019 in Henan were collected through the Chinese Disease Control and Prevention Information System and were analyzed with descriptive epidemiological methods. Results In total, 2384 pertussis cases were reported during 2005-2019 in Henan, for an annual average incidence of 0.17 cases per 100000 population. The annual average incidence rate showed a downward trend in 2005-2009, a wavy upward trend in 2009-2015, and a significant increase in 2016-2019, with an increase of 363 % in 2019 compared with 2016. Among all cases, 46.69 % were from Shangqiu, Zhumadian and Kaifeng with 1113 reported cases. The peak of incidence was in June to August, with 1116 reported cases, accounting for 46.81% of the total reported cases. 80.37 % of cases were among children less than 5 years old with 1916 reported cases. Conclusions The incidence of pertussis showed an increasing trend in Henan and most cases were children under 5 years old. It is suggest that carrying out training, strengthening surveillance, carrying out further research on the infection status of young children and exploring immunization strategies can prevent and control the incidence of pertussis among young children.
