摘要
为了解河南省儿童常规免疫接种的情况，对全省１９９７年常规免疫接种率报告系统的工作情况进行了分析评价。结果表明：１９９７年全省常规免疫卡介苗、口服脊髓灰质炎疫苗、百白破混合制剂、麻疹疫苗等四种疫苗的报告接种率均在９７．０％以上，估算接种率为８０．０％～８７．３％；部分地区（市）报告接种率可信性较低。提示在进一步搞好常规免疫接种率报告工作的同时，一些常规免疫薄弱地区。
This paper reported an evaluation on the routine immunization reporting system in Henan Province in 1997. The results showed that the reported immunization coverage rates of BCG, OPV, OPT, MV were more than 97%, but the assessed immunizatinc overage rates which were accord with the actual situation ranged from 80.0% to 87.3%, and the credibility of reported coverage rates in som eregions was lower. Accordingly, the routine immunization reporting system requires further development and strengthening, at the same time, EPI work should beimproved in those low immunization coverage rate areas.
