摘要
在现代化进程中,乡村结合自身现实,在"治理文化"的基础上,进行"文化治理"实践,是探索实现乡村振兴的题中之义和适配方式。妈庙村历史悠久,建筑文化、客家文化、渔业文化特色鲜明,积极探索文化治理的实践进路。以文化治理的视角梳理妈庙村文化特色与文化治理实践,认为存在多中心治理的格局尚未形成、项目化运作突出、文化设施匮乏等问题,由此提出推进村落文化重构,巩固内生自足的文化治理基础;吸纳多方治理主体,构建多元协调的文化治理格局;升级文化旅游开发,驱动创新有效的文化治理发展;建立文化治理机制,塑造系统持续的文化治理模式的提升路径。
In the process of modernization,combining the village with its own reality and carrying out the"cultural governance"practice on the basis of"governance culture"is to explore the meaning and adaptation methods of achieving rural revitalization.Mamiao Village has a long history,with distinctive architectural culture,Hakka culture,and fishery culture,it actively explores the practical approach to cultural governance.From the perspective of cultural governance and by combining the cultural characteristics and cultural governance practices of Mamiao Village,it is considered that there are problems such as the formation of a polycentric governance structure,prominent project-based operations,and lack of cultural facilities.How the governance foundation is set up.The suggestions are the incorporation of multi-government subjects to build a multi-harmonized cultural governance structure,the upgrade of cultural tourism development to drive innovation and effective cultural governance development as well as the establishment of a cultural governance mechanism and the shaping of a systematic and sustainable cultural governance model.
