海域大跨度混合梁连续刚构桥中跨合龙施工关键技术 被引量:10

摘要 北通航孔桥跨径为(125+260+125)m=510m的混合梁连续刚构桥,由于桥位处于复杂的海域环境以及特殊的结构形式,实现中跨高精度合龙面临极大困难。本文主要从钢箱梁制造、海上运输及桥位吊装三个层次进行阐述。钢箱梁总拼方式为"中间5小段+两侧2小段",验算胎架支撑布置方案合理性,保证梁段接近于无应力状态。分析了环境温度对合龙口空间姿态的影响规律,综合考虑吊装变形、设计间隙等因素,进而确定钢箱梁控制长度。海上运输安全重点做好钢箱梁横向及纵向的约束,选择在低平潮对船舶定位,涨潮期间吊梁。吊装前应优化施工组织,强化资源配置,建议采取匹配板长度预留富裕、现场配钻及交错梅花开孔等方式,确保合龙的顺利进行。 The continuous rigid frame bridge with mixed girder with span of(125+260+125)m=510 m in Beitong Navigation Bridge is very difficult to achieve high-precision mid-span closure due to the complex sea environment and special structure of the bridge.It was mainly elaborated from three levels of steel box girder manufacturing,marine transportation and hoisting.The general assembly method of steel box girder is"5 small sections in the middle+2 small sections on both sides".The rationality of the support arrangement of the steel box girder frame was checked to ensure that the beam section is close to a stress-free state.The influence of temperature environments on the spatial posture of the closure was analyzed,and the influence of lifting deformation,design clearance and other factors were comprehensively considered to determine the control length of the steel box girder.The safety of maritime transportation is especially effective in restraining the lateral and longitudinal limits of the steel box girder,choosing to locate the ship at low tide and lifting the steel box girder during high tide.Before hoisting,optimize the construction organization and strengthen the allocation of resources.At the same time,it is recommended that the matching plate length reserve ample,on-site drilling and staggered plum openings,etc.,to ensure the smooth progress of the closure.
