曲线连续混合梁桥钢-混结合段应力分布规律及传力路径分析 被引量:1

摘要 为研究曲线连续混合梁桥钢-混结合段应力分布情况及传力路径,以余杭区崇贤至老余杭连接线(高架)工程为背景,针对钢-混结合段受力复杂的特点,采用有限元软件ANSYS,建立此桥的钢-混结合段的局部有限元模型。在设计荷载工况下分析钢梁过渡段、混凝土梁过渡段以及钢-混结合段的受力情况及结构的整体竖向位移,同时根据应力分布规律分析传力路径,以此来验证结构的安全性和可靠性。研究结果表明,荷载能够顺畅地从钢梁传递至混凝土梁,各钢构件的连接处存在应力集中现象,但整体受力水平偏低,结构传力性能良好、设计合理。钢-混结合段竖向位移未出现不连续或者突变的现象,表明整体刚度过渡平顺,有效保障了行车的平稳性。承压板与剪力连接键是结合段刚度突变处的主要传力构件,容易出现应力集中,影响结构的耐久性,在设计施工时应对此处进行加强处理。 In order to study the stress distribution and force transfer path of steel-concrete joint section of curved continuous hybrid beam bridge,taking the Yuhang District Chongxian to old Yuhang connecting line(elevated)project as the background and in view of the complex stress characteristics of the steel-concrete joint section,the local finite element model of the steel-concrete joint section of the bridge is established by using the finite element software ANSYS.Under the design load condition,the stress of steel beam transition section,concrete beam transition section and steel-concrete joint section and the overall vertical displacement of the structure are analyzed.At the same time,the force transmission path is analyzed according to the law of stress distribution,so as to verify the safety and reliability of the structure.The results show that the load can be transferred smoothly from steel beam to concrete beam,there is stress concentration in some areas,which does not affect the overall stress level,the force transfer performance of the structure is favorable and the design is reasonable.There is no discontinuity or sudden change in the vertical displacement of the steel-concrete joint section,indicating that the overall stiffness transition is smooth and effectively ensures the stability of driving.The bearing plate and shear connection key are the main force transfer components at the sudden change of stiffness of the joint section,which are prone to stress concentration and affect the durability of the structure.This place shall be strengthened during design and construction.
