摘要
随着我国排水管网项目的快速发展,拉顶管这一新型施工工艺在城市复杂环境施工中展现了独有的工程优势。针对目前拉顶管设计与施工中仍面临的拉顶力分布不确定,管道受力不明确等问题。首先明确了拉顶管与传统顶管的区别,并基于其工艺的特殊性,通过深入分析拉顶设备在作业过程中前端拉力与后端顶推力的传递模式,对管道在拉顶过程中与周围土体的摩阻力及迎面阻力进行了详细分析,结合管土全接触假设提出了拉顶管施工中总摩阻力计算式。最后,将该方法应用于肇庆市水环境工程拉顶管设备选型,根据计算结果确定了拉顶力允许范围,比选出合理机械配置用于管道铺设。应用结果验证了该计算方法的有效性,对于类似工程的设计及施工具有重要的指导意义。
The pulling pipe-jacking is a new construction technology in the field of drainage pipe network laying projects,which has shown its unique engineering advantages in urban area. However, the force distribution of the pulling pipe-jacking during construction is still uncertain, and the force on the pipeline is not clear. Based on the particularity of the pulling pipe-jacking construction process, the pulling force on the front end and pushing force on the rear end are studied. Then, the friction and front resistance of the surrounding soil are analyzed. Combining the pipe-soil full contact hypothesis, a formula for calculating the total frictional resistance of the pulling pipe-jacking is proposed. Finally, the method is applied to the selection of jacking equipment for the pipe network reconstruction in Zhaoqing city. According to the total friction calculated, the allowable range of mechanical jacking force is determined, and a reasonable machine is selected. The application results verify the validity of the calculation method.
